The End to the Beginning
These past five weeks have been filled with lots of dancing, friends and laughs. Yesterday, on Friday, was the mark of the end of the PNB summer intensive. It is very sad to have to say bye to all the friendships and memories that I created. Luckily, this is only the beginning of my time here in Seattle.
In a previous post, I mentioned that I bought a one way ticket. Well, that means I am not going home and staying here in Seattle. I have three weeks in between the summer program and the start of the year-round program. The only problem right now is that I still have no apartment and no real plans for the next three weeks. So my first mission is finding a couch to stay on to regroup and plan my life out for the next three weeks.
Luckily, my friend from ballet already moved into his apartment and he said I could stay at his place. So after two crazy trips on the bus to move my stuff from the dorms to his place, I officially gained the title, couch surfer. I do not know what life has to offer these next three weeks but for the first time in my life, I will actually be able to take life day by day.
To the adventures to come:
