Sweet Potato Hash | Detox 24

Man do I love my sweet potatoes! I am always try to find new ways of eating sweet potatoes and I came up with an easy dish.


1 Sweet Potato
2 Cups of Spinach
1 Handful of assorted Nuts
A bit of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon


1. After washing the Sweet Potato, grate the whole potato with a cheese grater and put into a pan on medium heat with Cinnamon and Olive Oil.

2. As the Sweet Potatoe is cooking, cut up the Nuts and the Spinach and throw into the pan. Make sure to stir the ingredients to evenly cook.

3. After about 5-10 minutes of cooking, the dish is done!

The hash has a great nutty flavor that is perfect with the cinnamon. This is a perfect morning breakfast or side dish for lunch.
