Four Brothers needed help creating meaningful content for their social media accounts. The first step was photographing their food items. We wanted to invite people to try dishes they do not usually eat by having nice pictures. I also produced captions and tweets for their Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. These captions were a way to educate their audience on what ingredients are in each dish, the culture around this Venezuelan food, and inform what events the Four Brothers trucks would be attending. We wanted to build a community around the food truck. Through social media, we were able to increase catering orders and drive traffic to the trucks.
