All about the Water | Detox Day 4
Water.
I actually am bad with water. I usually do not drink enough. When I started the detox I was drinking a lot of water, but today I went back to my usual self- not a lot of water. Since I have been tracking how much liquid I intake throughout the day, I have been able to catch myself not drinking enough water.
Why should we even drink the water?
Our bodies use water for our cells. We lose water throughout the day, so we need to constantly restock our bodies with water. Especially as an athlete- if I am trying to get stronger, I need the water to create new cells. I am trying to have a better relationship with water.
